Cerrado's Argentina Esmeralda is one big beautiful, sweet llama! She has come to Windy Ridge Llama Ranch, bred for the first time for a Spring 2024 birth! She has been bred to the famous pure Argentine, Argentine DeTroit. We are very excited for the outcome of this breeding, and to see if the cria will look like mom or his appaloosa daddy! We would be thrilled with a male or female, and any color will be just fantastic!
Cerrado's Argentine Esmeralda, call name "Esmeralda", is 100 % Argentine with a rare line from her sire, Argentine Cerrado, bringing different Argentine genetics to Windy Ridge Llama Ranch. The Argentines in this line are Argentine Saltarin and Argentine Yecu - all of them are direct imports! Her dam's genetic tree has the more well known Argentines, including Argentine Kobra and Argentine Machi, as well as Don Zunca! We love all our llamas, but truly have a very esteemed Argentine lady here!
